For less than one week and for more than a month

the casa marina cannot be rented out.

1 week:     490 €, each added night: 70 €
2 weeks: the week: 470 € =    940 €, each added night: 67 €
3 weeks:  the week: 450 € = 1350 €, each added night: 64 €
4 weeks: the week: 430 € = 1720 €. The night: 58 €

 

A third person pays 10 € the night.

 

The prices are all inclusive.

When you arrive, you will find the terrace and the flat clean and maintained.

Upon request the flat will be cleaned in between the stay for 10 € the hour.

 

The booking process:

If you have decided to stay with us, please read the business conditions.

By sending a lease request, you confirm that you agree with 

the terms and conditions.

Please get in touch via the contact form.

When we confirm your request, we will send you our bank details and

reserve your desired time for three to four working days.

During this time, you may send us a deposit of 30% of the total

transfer. As soon as your payment arrives here, we will send you the

acknowledgment of the receipt. In the availability calendar than changes
 
your desired time from reserved to occupied and now the reservation is
 
binding for both sides. About a week before arrival we will send you then the 
 
directions, how to get to Garachico and ask you about your expected arrival time,

here in Garachico. Upon arrival, then the remaining 70% of the rent

is to be paid in cash, if- in advance- we made ​​no other pay-agreement.
